When you're setting up your account for the first time, we want to make sure that your email address belongs to you and nobody else, so we send a verification email. Verification emails can take a few minutes to come through. Here are some steps you can to troubleshoot this:
- Wait. The email could take up to 15 minutes depending on the security of your internet connection.
- Check your spam and junk folders, you probably saw this one coming didn't you?
- Search your entire inbox for "email@e.smartdollar.com", this is the address the email is coming from.
If that doesn't work, there's a good chance that the emails are getting caught up in your company's firewall. If you're not seeing your emails after 2 attempts, reach out to your IT department and ask them to check and see if those emails are being held.
