Are you experiencing issues with one or more of your bank accounts in EveryDollar such as a zero bank account balance or transactions not importing?
Please note when you first connect or update your bank login credentials, your account balances will update and transactions will appear in EveryDollar as quickly as within a few minutes or as long as a few days. This is due to banks having their own rate at which they make transactions available for syncing. If your account balances and transactions do not update within 72 hours please take the following steps to update your bank login credentials (to make sure we are connecting properly).
Step 1. Click on the "Accounts" section in the upper right of the page.
Step 2. A window will pop up with a list of your connected banks. Click "Update Bank Login" for the bank connection that seems to be broken.
Step 3. Enter your username and password, followed by any subsequent security questions. Be sure you're typing the exact same username/password combination that you use when logging into your bank's website, and don't let the fields auto-fill.
