Oh no, you've forgotten your password! It's okay ... we all forget things, and passwords are just a necessity these days (we know ours is a little complicated). The first thing to remember is that you sign in to EveryDollar with the same password you use to access the SmartDollar.com site. So you can reset the password through EveryDollar or SmartDollar. Resetting it one place resets it for everything. Just select the "I forgot my password" option towards the bottom of the sign-in screen.
If you aren't getting the Reset Password email, here are a couple of things to look out for:
- If you have a Gmail account, make sure you check your "Promotions" or "Social" tabs and make sure it's not sorted there.
- Check your spam/junk folders. Often times, different email services will flag our automated emails as being spam.
- You can also search in your email for "EveryDollar" exactly (no spaces) to find the email.
