The first thing to remember is that you sign in to EveryDollar with the same password you use to access the SmartDollar.com site. Some of the most common issues with the sign-in process are:
- Not typing the full email address.
- Case sensitivity issues with the password.
If you are still having issues signing in after double-checking that you are filling in the fields correctly, you can try a password reset. You can do this through EveryDollar.com or SmartDollar.com. Just remember resetting it one place resets it for everything. From the sign-in page select the "I forgot my password" option, enter your registered email address, and check your email for instructions.
